Brats

Last week Schnucks had butts for .69 so I picked up one almost ten pounds. Ground and stuffed them yesterday. The ones in the bowl are regular and on the plate they are jalapeno/garlic/basil. Used some of Williams Brothers Washington Mo seasoning. Grilled some last night and they were great.

Grilled up another batch last night and they were darn good. Can't wait to make some out of venison.
