Filets will see an egg wash, then be rolled in finely crushed Cheez - Its, and fried in genuine rendered lard.

Sound crazy ? Try it some time.

The grilled asparagus and potatoes might just get cold on the plate whilst I scarf the fishes. :jmplgh:

I'm likin' the absence of ice on the lakes. :headbange

Cheez-Its? Seriously DMR? HuntingATM, and his step-dad caught about 100 Saturday. They kept 25 that were 10"+.
