I hate to write this, because it's almost complimentary, but running track is better than soccer. There's no shame in soccer, as long as you're younger than 10. After that, you need to switch to baseball. If you don't believe me, look what happened to Russ.

LS, you're right, soccer is the number one sport in the world and the world cup champion is truly a world champion. We are pretty arrogant to call the World Series what we do when we don't let any of the other baseball playing countries play in it.

Yes, the abomination that has 5 of the top 10 earning professional sports teams on the planet. If you don't think soccer is a sport, come on over to Jefferson City next Thursday night, and play in our league, only rule is, you have to play on the team I am playing against. Otherwise, zip it and and go back to playing lumberjack, the only thing that you really know and understand (well maybe with the exception of jig tying).
